Château d’Aigle
In the heart of the vineyards of Chablais, you will find Château d'Aigle - a true fortress that was built by the Savoys in the 12th Century, and reconstructed by the Berns in the 15th Century. This Wine and Wine-Making Museum as well as the Museum of Wine Labels, located there, have the perfect location for exhibiting the 2000 year old tradition of wine and the legacy of wine-making.
In the 17 rooms of the Wine and Wine-Making Museum, there are more than 1000 exhibit pieces about wine, vineyards and wine-making in the Canton of Vaud. The Museum of Wine Labels tells the 200-year history of wine labels and the iconographic variety from around the world. There are more than 800 labels from 52 countries presented for viewing.

April, May, June: 10:00-12:30 and 14:00-18:00, closed Mondays
July and August: everyday from 10:00-18:00
