The Thermal Baths of Lavey les Bains

The hot sulphur springs of Lavey on the Rhone River were discovered quite by chance by a fisherman in 1831. Since then, the water from "Les Bains de Lavey", with its unique therapeutic value, has been drawn from the source (found deep underground between 200 and 600 metres). The entire area around the spring benefits from the thermal source, which provides energy and warmth in a clean and environmentally safe manner.
